DoD ID card / RAPIDS (retirees, some veterans)
Retirees, some Medal of Honor recipients, and 100% P&T veterans eligible for commissary/exchange need a Uniformed Services ID. Book RAPIDS; VA VHIC is a different card.
FortSource maps the official page. No claim filed on anyone’s behalf. Not VA, not DoD, and not legal advice. The issuing agency’s form wins.
