Connecticut — 100% P&T disabled-veteran dwelling exemption (Form D-2)
Statewide OPM Form D-2 (10.1.2025) for CGS § 12-81(83): full exemption of the primary dwelling (or one CT-garaged vehicle if no home). File with the town assessor by January 1 each year with the VA 100% P&T letter. This is not the income-tested M-59a additional-veterans extra.
