Semi-annual annuity (March and September) for eligible Gold Star parents, spouses (including after remarriage), and qualifying children. Death need not be in a combat theater; willful misconduct does not qualify. New York residency required. Application is on this page; mail to DVS Gold Star Annuity Program, Albany.
