Pennsylvania — Pennsylvania Military Family Relief Assistance Program (MFRAP)
Need-based grant up to $5,000 in 12 months. Distinct from Veterans Temporary Assistance. Covers PA-resident service members on 30+ days active/state duty, Guard/Reserve for 3 years after such duty, and former members for 4 years after a line-of-duty medical discharge. Mail to DMVA Attn: OVA-PIRO (MFRAP), Building 9-26, Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, PA 17003-5002 or fax 717-861-9084. Do not email completed applications.
Bring. OVA-PIRO Form 50 (Oct 2023), military ID, DD-214 or orders, residency proof, income, full bank statements, bills/invoices.
